Ayesha was born on 10 April 1986 in Mumbai. Her father is a mike Gujrathi while her mother is an Anglo-Indian Muslim Faridah. She has a younger sister named Natasha.
She studied at the Anthony's High School, but not pursued further her studies, as she began her career in show business when she was at the age of fifteen.
